In 2024, we will mark the 50th anniversary of ECFE in Minnesota. As we’ve grown through myriad programs, partnerships, and initiatives, the mission of ECFE has always been to strengthen families and to provide support to families for the healthy growth and development of their children. Over the year we will reflect on the past 50 years of change and determination and look forward to being at the forefront of providing services, resources, and advocacy for all of you in the work you do serving all of the families throughout the State of Minnesota. |

To mark this significant milestone, MNAFEE invites partners, school districts, and families across Minnesota to join us in a series of celebratory events throughout the year. The festivities commenced with a kick-off celebration at the MNAFEE Annual Conference, at the River's Edge Conference Center in St. Cloud, MN, on April 11, 2024.
During this special event, the governor's office presented a proclamation honoring ECFE's 50 years of service, educators from across the state were recognized for their innovative programming and lifelong achievements, and attendees enjoyed a special performance by the Teddy Bear Band, who created a commemorative song for the occasion.
