MNAFEE Emeritus Board Member Position Description (Approved Dec. 2025)

An honorary, emeritus Board of Directors membership may be bestowed on a board member in recognition of a lifetime commitment to the profession. These individuals are valued for their wisdom and extensive experience, often being consulted for insights on key decisions. They bring a unique perspective rooted in years of involvement and firsthand knowledge of MNAFEE’s history, culture, and practices.

This honor is granted by the MNAFEE Board to a former MNAFEE Board of Directors member, or a current Board member not seeking re-election to the Board, following the nomination process outlined in the MNAFEE Bylaws.
