MNAFEE Annual Family & Early Childhood Education Conference

Finding Joy at MNAFEE Conference 2025!

The 2025 Annual MNAFEE Conference has concluded, and what an incredible gathering it was! Early childhood educators from across the region came together to share knowledge, strengthen connections, and reignite the passion that drives our essential work.

"So many speakers addressed exactly what we're experiencing in the field right now," shared an ECFE educator. "I'm heading back to my program with concrete strategies for supporting both children and families during these challenging times."

The conference featured workshops on everything from trauma-informed practices to inclusive classroom environments. Attendees particularly appreciated the hands-on nature of many sessions.

"After 15 years in early childhood education, I still found so many fresh perspectives here," remarked a coordinator. "The session on incorporating nature-based learning into urban settings gave me exactly the inspiration I needed to transform our outdoor space this summer."

The power of community was evident throughout the event, as educators exchanged ideas, resources, and encouragement. These connections remind us of the profound impact we make when we support one another in nurturing young children and families.
