MNAFEE is now accepting nominations for the 2025–2027 Board of Directors! This is an opportunity for professionals in Early Childhood Education to contribute their insights and expertise to help advance programs that support Minnesota’s families, educators, and young children.

About the Role
Board members play a key role in shaping MNAFEE’s mission and strategic direction. They represent the voices of their colleagues across the state and work together to promote meaningful opportunities for growth and development in the field of early education. Serving on the Board provides a platform to collaborate, share innovative ideas, and support initiatives that strengthen the field.

  • Participate in approximately five Board meetings annually, primarily via Zoom, with at least one in-person meeting.
  • Serve on committees or contribute to projects that align with MNAFEE’s goals, such as professional development, advocacy, or outreach initiatives.
  • Be committed to supporting MNAFEE’s mission and vision while representing the organization in a professional and positive manner.
Leadership experience is welcome but not required. Enthusiasm, collaboration, and a desire to make a difference are what matter most.
